Novel issues in user requirements analysis for a feedback system on energy consumption: A qualitative study

This study investigated how users should receive feedback on energy consumption. Suzanne investigated requirements for giving feedback in the case of micro-generation; she compared enterprises and households. She also tested the utility of MosCoW, a very popular technique to prioritize such requirements.
