Concept Plan for User Testing in Scrum

Scrum brings an interdisciplinary team of designers and developers together with the product owner and project manager, in an agile process of designing and developing a new product. Testing with users is a particular challenge in this rapidly moving context. Ugur, Oei, & de Bruijn propose a set of guidelines to integrate user testing in scrum projects. This approach will help address usability issues during every sprint in the project, allowing for improvements in the next sprint based on test results.
